All for one

Despite a brief media storm last week, the Department of Energy and Climate Change (Decc) was adamant that a new Energy Bill would be included in the Queen's Speech this week. A flurry of suggestions that the Bill would be pushed out by Lords' reform were firmly quashed by the department, but not before they caught out a couple of players who welcomed the delay on the grounds that the government could go back and "get it right" (to which add, as always, "for me").
