Better policy not regulation will protect rural fuel poor, suppliers tell MPs
Fuel poverty campaigners have stopped short of calling for regulation of the domestic heating oil market despite concerns over consumer protection. Heating fuel suppliers meanwhile said government should design better policies to help the rural fuel poor.
