Centrica boss: European quota for women on boards ‘unnecessary’
Centrica chairman Sir Roger Carr today railed against a proposed European law that would force large companies to have minimum numbers of women on their boards of directors after the legislation's progress was stalled by strong opposition in the European Parliament yesterday.
