EU state aid rules no problem for EMR pillars, suggests Hendry
Energy minister Charles Hendry has claimed that key elements of the government's electricity market reform (EMR) are on schedule, would not fall foul of European Union state aid rules and that National Grid will not unduly influence policy decisions.
