Local authorities key to unlocking engagement with energy transition
Councils and local organisations will be key to helping the most vulnerable with the energy transition, an industry expert has insisted. Adam Scorer, chief executive of National Energy Action, warned Labour at its annual conference that the party must recognise the role of individuals in the transition.
