Ofgem seeks to protect small businesses from the ‘rollover trap’
Energy suppliers will have to make contract end dates clearer to small businesses under a proposed shake-up by Ofgem. The energy regulator wants to ensure that all bills and statements sent to small businesses show exactly when the contract ends, so they do not pay more for their energy than they need to.
