Ofwat calls for clarity on dividends

Ofwat has reviewed progress made by water companies on board leadership, transparency and governance since licences were modified in 2019 to rebuild trust and confidence in the sector. The regulator found improvements have been made but there is still more to be done, including providing more clarity over dividends.
