Ofwat reduces penalties for missed ODIs
Ofwat has cut the amount some water companies will have to pay back to customers and increased rewards for others in its final assessment of how firms performed on key targets last year. Changes to outcome delivery incentive payments and penalties for 2021/22 include a reduction in Northumbrian’s sanction for supply interruptions during Storm Arwen and a change to how much of its outperformance payment Seven Trent is deferring.
