Ofwat to redefine vulnerability
Ofwat is re-examining water companies approaches to vulnerability and supporting customers facing financial difficulties. It called for input from stakeholders on whether definitions of vulnerability have changed in the past five years. It praised the more than 200 separate schemes companies have in place to support billpayers but urged a softer approach to dealing with those in debt.
