On the Move: Scottish Water CEO; BEIS names second permanent secretary

Alex Plant, Anglian's director of strategy and regulation has been named as the new chief executive of Scottish Water to succeed Douglas Millican who will retire May 2023. Meanwhile, a second permanent secretary will re-join BEIS from HS2. Clive Maxwell, who was head of energy transformation in 2016/17 in the department, will work alongside Sarah Munby.
