Onshore wind slowdown putting net-zero goal in jeopardy
Renewable UK has forecast onshore wind capacity to reach 17.8GW in 2030 - just over half of the 29GW which the Committee on Climate Change has suggested may be necessary to reach net zero emissions by 2050.
