Scottish Power praises German authorities’ efficiency after criticising UK uncertainty
Scottish Power chief operating officer Keith Anderson has praised the efficiency of the German authorities in enabling parent company Iberdrola to progress with its €1.6 billion Wikinger wind farm. Anderson's comments came the day after he criticised political wrangling over wind subsidies in the UK.
