Scottish Water’s efficiency challenge ‘greater than PR19’

Scottish Water can invest 30 per cent more in its upcoming price control period to update aging assets and mitigate against the affects of climate change, however its regulator said the efficiency challenges mean the final determination is tougher than Ofwat's PR19.
