Stark says hydrogen town plan is ‘on the edge of feasibility’

The chief executive of the Climate Change Committee has welcomed Boris Johnson’s bold pledges on decarbonisation of heat but questioned whether the goal of having a whole town heated by hydrogen by 2030 is actually feasible.
