The nudge principle: the key to meeting PCC targets this AMP

Changing consumers’ behaviour in the way they use water is becoming an increasingly pressing concern for water companies and the regulator.

So how do water companies persuade their customers to make reducing water consumption a higher priority? What new ideas are at their disposal and how can AI-technology help?

Changing consumers’ behaviour to use less water is becoming an increasingly pressing concern for water companies.
