Union calls for net zero energy regulator to replace Ofgem

A "failing" Ofgem should be abolished and replaced by a new regulator with a remit to deliver an affordable, net zero energy system, Prospect has urged. The union also calls for a shake-up of government policy to meet the UK's future energy needs.
