Campaign group No to Norton Origin Windfarm was forced to withdraw unsubstantiated claims about the health and environmental impacts of two turbines proposed in Norton, South Yorkshire.
The developer, Origin Energy, also successfully challenged passages implying it was profiteering from the wind turbines and pushing people into fuel poverty. Origin is set up as a community interest company.
