How do I add additional subscribers to my account?
myUtilityWeek is a subscription service built around your individual information requirements, but we do offer cost-effective group and enterprise rates. 10 myUtilityWeek subscriptions: £5,500
25 myUtilityWeek subscriptions: £12,000

How do I cancel my 7-day trial subscription?
Your 7-day trial subscription will end automatically, you don’t need to notify Utility Week or update your account status. You will not be charged at any stage of the 7-day trial subscription.
I’ve forgotten my password?
You can request a new password by visiting our forgotten password page. If you do not have login credentials simply register an account to get started: you can then proceed to claim your 7-day free trial subscription.
How do I manage my account and amend my personalisation options?
Subscribers and triallists can amend their personalisation options as many times as they wish, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The more you personalise, the better the site experience. To edit and make amends, make sure you’ve logged in, and then select the ‘myUtilityWeek’ button on the right-hand side of the screen.
How do I cancel my subscription?
myUtilityWeek Membership is a 12-month subscription agreement. But to discuss options should you wish to cancel, please contact Subscription Account Manager Jo Nikiforov on email@example.com or 01342 332077.
How can I claim a 10% discount on Utility Week conferences?
myUtilityWeek Membership subscribers receive a standard 10% discount on individual Utility Week Conference delegate tickets. You’ll need to indicate that you are entitled to this discount as part of the delegate booking process, but if it’s not immediately obvious, follow the specific ‘contact us’ instructions on the relevant conference website, and then simply drop us an email or give us a call: we can then ensure that the correct discount has been applied to your conference booking.
