Castle Water has opened a new office in Leeds to support business growth in the region.

The news follows the water retailer’s recent success in securing a multi-million pound national contract through the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework.

Castle Water will provide water and wastewater services to the public sector in England in a deal worth an estimated £28.9 million

The company said it is now “extremely well positioned” to serve customers in the north as well as from other regional offices in London, Portsmouth, Glasgow, Ayr, and from its head office in Blairgowrie, Perthshire.

John Reynolds, chief executive of Castle Water, said: “This is an exciting time for Castle Water as we continue to build our team of experienced specialists and expand nationwide. We supply hundreds of thousands of businesses, charities, and public bodies across the UK and are fully committed to helping these organisations reap the benefits of the deregulated water market.

“New public sector contracts won through the Crown Commercial Service framework means that the time is right to secure new offices in Leeds where we can support customers locally and help drive growth across the North of England.”
