Energy Ombudsman sees complaints rise by a quarter
More than 68,000 consumers and microbusinesses contacted the Energy Ombudsman with an actionable complaint in 2019 - a 26 per cent increase on the previous year's figure. The number of complaints resolved increased by 25 per cent to nearly 57,000.
