The tariff will offer consumers a discount of 20 per cent on their standard tariff, if they sign up before 28 February, as a reward for living close to the 9.2MW windfarm.
The local tariff will be replicated by Good Energy across the country at the company’s other windfarm sites over 4MW as they are developed.
