A total of 348 Green Deal plans this week have been agreed, surpassing the previous record set in the week beginning of 13 July 2014 of 267 new applications.
This increase has been attributed to a higher number of small and medium sized Green Deal providers selling finance plans, TGDFC said.
There are now 3,808 Green Deal plans moving through the system, which represents a 166 per cent increase in applications since New Year.
The latest government figures revealed 29,018 Green Deal assessments were completed in June.
This was the highest of any month, bringing the total amount of assessments completed up to 263,068.
