New managing director for Bristol Wessex water billing

The joint venture was established in 2001 to provide one joint bill for those customers who receive services from both companies. Maher said she plans to use the role “to further improve the service we provide and to continue our support to those who need help paying their bills.” 

Maher was previously the regional director for branch banking in the south west for Natwest and head of a customer simplification scheme at the Royal bank of Scotland.

On her appointment, Maher said: “I am delighted to join Bristol Wessex Billing Services and work with a great team of people who are committed towards continuously improving the customer experience”.
