The work will include the construction and renovation of water mains of various diameters and ancillary works across Northern Ireland.
Applicants will be required to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire and provide sufficient information to clearly demonstrate their suitability and capacity to provide the works.

Earlier this month Scottish Water also announced it had gone out to tender with a contract worth up to £100 million for Tier 1 Delivery Partners to work on the water infrastructure for its upcoming Quality and Standards IV (Q&SIV) Capital Investment Programme.
The water company is looking to appoint a maximum of eight contractors for the regulatory period 2015 to 2021.
Scope of works will include the design and construction, and construction only basis of works associated with clean water network assets. The support will cover works associated with new assets, renewals, modification, maintenance and refurbishment water networks.
