Poland will not thwart Europe’s low carbon plan says Hedegaard
The European Union (EU) climate action commissioner claimed that Europe would move to a low-carbon economy despite a refusal last Friday by Poland to accept greenhouse gas emission reduction targets that all other EU countries agreed.
