The panels, totalling 300kW of PV capacity, should save the firm at least £4,000 a year in electricity costs. They should also generate income of around £8,000 a year for the company under the feed-in tariff scheme, based on a projected 42,500 kilowatt hours at a rate of 19p/kWh.
