Rees-Mogg appointed BEIS secretary

Jacob Rees-Mogg has been named as the new secretary of state for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS). The Cabinet reshuffle by new prime minister Liz Truss also saw Ranil Jayawardena promoted to Environment Secretary.
