Peter Millward has become chairman of the board while Philippa Goodwin has been appointed as finance director.
Millward joined the board in 2009 as a non-executive director and was previously chairman of the audit committee. He also serves as a trustee and chairman of the audit committee of WaterAid.
Goodwin becomes one of two executive directors on Sembcorp Bournemouth Water’s board. The other is managing director Roger Harrington.
She was previously divisional finance director at Ageas Insurance managing the Rias and Castle Cover brands, and has held senior commercial finance roles at Centrica, the AA and Motorola.
Sembcorp Bournemouth Water supplies more than 187,500 households and 16,000 businesses through a system of seven major treatment works and a network of about 2,800 kilometres of water mains.
