Following a six-month hiatus to deal with the fallout of the energy crisis and implement some of its previous decisions, Ofgem has resumed its dedicated review of Distribution Use of System (DUoS) charges. Utility Week speaks to Caroline Bragg, chief executive at the Association for Decentralised Energy, about her priorities for reforms and her concerns over differing price signals between transmission and distribution.
