But one thing most of the interested parties have been keen to stress is that they have extensive global credentials, and can work within any stable investment framework. That’s worth remembering when considering all the companies’ special pleading in what is effectively, until the final Bill is published, just a bargaining period. As the Public Accounts Committee was told this week: the key is to finalise the policy.
