Utility Week Awards 2021: Finalists revealed

The companies who will vie for a series of coveted titles at the Utility Week Awards 2021 have been announced.

Utility Week will be re-uniting the industry in person when the awards return to London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on 13 December.

Today we can reveal the finalists in the 13 categories for this year’s event.

Utility Week content director Jane Gray said: “Huge congratulations to all our finalists. We had a record number of entries to the Utility Week Awards this year, so those companies that have made it onto the shortlists represent an elite group whose submissions really made an impression on our panel of expert judges.

“It’s enormously heartening that in a challenging year for the sector – due to Covid, but also major industry milestones like the start of new regulatory periods and programmes for market reform – so many utilities have taken the time to put forward their best stories of outperformance, collaboration, innovation and more. In the year of COP26, it’s also encouraging to see environmental stewardship and commitment to decarbonisation shining through in entries across the board – not only in our dedicated Net Zero category.”
