The finalists for the prestigious Utility Week Awards 2020 have been revealed.
They see 2019’s Utility of the Year, Octopus Energy, once again nominated for the headline award, alongside Northumbrian Water, SP Energy Networks, SGN, UK Power Networks and Western Power Distribution.
The winners in 13 categories will be unveiled in a virtual ceremony on 8 February 2021.
Utility Week publishing director Ellen Bennett said: “We have been absolutely delighted with the quality of this year’s entries. It’s been an unprecedently challenging year for utilities – and, as ever, they have risen to the challenge superbly, keeping the lights on, the taps running and the gas flowing throughout the pandemic.
