Welsh Water added to leakage probe
Ofwat has launched an investigation into Welsh Water's reporting of leakage rates and per capita consumption (PCC). The company alerted the regulator to issues it identified with its own performance calculations. This is the second company this week to face investigation after Ofwat raised concerns over South West's leakage and PCC calculations.
