Dissatisfaction rises among business water customers

Satisfaction levels among business customers of water services have fallen over the past two years as consumers' perceptions of value for money, care, trust and likelihood to recommend all dropped, according to water watchdog CCW. Overall satisfaction was down from 91% to 88% for water and from 88% to 82% for sewerage services, while retailer satisfaction was static but far below levels CCW has challenged the sector to achieve.
