Major disparity in fuel poverty across English regions
There were major disparities in the proportion of people in fuel poverty across different regions in England in 2020, the latest government statistics show. The two worst affected regions were the West Midlands and Yorkshire and the Humber, with the proportion of people in fuel poverty at 17.8% and 17.5% respectively.
