The Trust Council

In response to the widespread challenges UK utilities are facing with regards to consumer trust and legitimacy, in 2017 Utility Week, in association with WNS, launched The Trust Council. The community of senior industry leaders continues to meet regularly to promote a better industry response to these challenges and improve understanding of the role that smart technology and data have to play.
